Shipping


Orders are shipped Monday - Friday
Same Day Shipping (on most orders placed before 2pm CST) Spain Orders Only Sometimes we can't ship this quickly. If we can't ship your order within 1 business day, we will contact you by email.

We will inform you of an expected shipping date. If this date is not satisfactory to you, you may cancel your order with no obligation. Please contact us at +34 966 720 041 to insure same day shipping on any over night or express item. UPS and Fed Ex ship Mon-Fri. Next day Air, Second Day Air and Three Day Select are based on Business days, Saturday and Sunday are not included. A Next day order on Friday will be delivered the next business day, so you will receive it on Monday. You must call +34 966 720 041 if you would like Saturday Delivery on an order. Any delay on delivery by the shipping company is not cause for refund of shipping and will not effect any of the fees associated with the item. Any delay due to attempted delivery of an order is not cause for refund of shipping and will not effect any of the fees associated with the item.
 
We ship orders via UPS , Fedex and USPS. All items are shipped FULLY INSURED. Shipping rates are generated using the current UPS shipping rate schedule. Orders are shipped signature required in most cases.

In certain cases, pizzadirect.es reserves the right to substitute shipping with USPS Priority or Express Mail, UPS or FedEx.

International Orders: International orders can only be shipped to the billing address associated with the credit card. Please be sure that the shipping address is the only one you enter. Multiple address for international shipping will cause the order to be immediately canceled. International orders are shipped USPS Global Express, Next day or Second Day UPS or FedEx. International orders take an additional 24-48 hours to confirm the validity of the credit card. Some international orders make take as much as 72 hours before shipping. All international packages are subject to customs inspections and may be delayed several days. All customs fees are the customer's responsibility, packages refused because of customs fees will be charged the return postage.  Please e-mail or call us before placing an international order on-line, to get the correct amount for shipping. Not all international orders can be placed through our website. All international orders are shipped showing actual value for customs. By law we can not change or lower the amount. We ship to the address you provide. Please check the information you enter for accuracy. We will not be responsible for miss typed information or address's. This may cause a delay in shipping or an extra charge. Most items ship same day, please check your conformation email for the accuracy of your address, contact us immediately if you encounter an error.

We will ONLY ship to an address listed with your credit card company.  If we are NOT shipping to your billing address please contact your credit card company and inform them of the shipping address you would like to use, or call in your order +34 966 720 041 to avoid having your order DELAYED!


Returns

You Must Obtain An RMA# Before Shipping anything back to us. We will refuse or return packages sent without an RMA# Please call +34 966 720 041 to Obtain An RMA#. Please Have Your order Number Ready.

Several Items are not returnable under any circumstance. They are marked on the product description page.

You may return non-defective items within 7 days of purchase . (less shipping charges and 5% restocking fee) If you took advantage of a "free" shipping offer you will be charged € 7.95 (minimum) or actual shipping + 5% restocking fee for non defective returns.

Non-defective items returned up to 7 days will be charged a 5% restocking fee.

Non-defective items returned after 7 days and up to 30 days  will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

In the unlikely event you receive a defective item we will replace it at our cost. You must contact us within 3 days of receiving a defective item. We will at that time explain the replacement process. If you choose to return a defective item instead of receiving a replacement all restocking fess still apply.

If you received free shipping, a € 7.95 minimum or actual shipping and handling charges will be deducted from your refund. All non-defective returns and cancellations are subject to a 5% Restocking fee . Mail in orders paid by check or money order are not subject to the 5% fee if returned within 7 days. There will be no refunds after 30 days. There will be no Non-defective returns after 30 days. If you return an Item to us after 30 days we will refuse and/or return the package back to you per our discretion at your cost. In the unlikely event that we are unable to return the item to you we will charge a 25% restocking fee regardless of the circumstances.

To receive any  refund , all returned merchandise must be in 100% original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, and warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories including original wire ties and plastic bags.  Merchandise must be in its original box with no writing on the box, paper work or manual included with the item. Merchandise must be shipped in a shipping box. Items returned without a shipping box may be charged a fee. You are responsible for any shipping charges to return the item to us. Previous notification of missing items BEFORE returning the item is required. Merchandise that is returned with missing or damaged items will be charged a fee to replace the missing items or returned to the customer.

Exchanges for equal or greater value items are subject to the discretion of pizzadirect.es. You must contact us prior to sending back any item for exchange. All fees, including shipping, handling and any difference in price are paid by the customer. Actual shipping costs or a minimum of €10.00 shipping will be charged for the replacement item. Our FREE SHIPPING offers do not apply to exchanged items.

To expedite your return, you must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from us by calling the number below before returning your item. All returns must be shipped prepaid and insured. There will be no refunds after 30 days. There will be no Non-defective returns after 30 days. If you return an Item to us after 30 days we will refuse and/or return the package back to you per our discretion at your cost. In the unlikely event that we are unable to return the item to you we will charge a 25% restocking fee regardless of the circumstances.  Items returned without an RMA, Refused for delivery or undeliverable to the address you provide will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, in the unlikely event that we  make an exception it will be on a per case basis.  RMA's must be clearly marked on the shipping box. We are not responsible for any returns lost by the shipping company, it is your responsibility to insure and track the package. Items returned without an RMA number may also cause a refund to be delayed.
